Traditional fish soup

This recovered Traditional Basque recipe is made from vegetables, fresh fish and special bread. This bread is very
toasted and has lots of crust and little crumb. That degree of toasting (almost burnt) gives this soup a peculiar taste and a characteristic dark color.
