Since 1997, we have been elaborating our products, whose only ingredient is spider crab (Cancer Pagurus) meat.
After more than 18 years of experience, we know how to distinguish the best spider crab thanks to its qualities, flavour and aroma.
Our spider crabs come from small fishing boats (Cantabrian Coast and, particularly, the port of Hondarribia) that capture the spider crabs everyday and in an artisan way.
During the seasons of the year when it is not possible to fish in the Cantabrian, we bring them from the coasts of Southern Ireland and Brittany.
In both cases, our premise is to give support to artisan, sustainable and responsible fishing, respecting the species and assuring thus their regeneration.
Quality is another premise of this company and, for this, apart from selecting the best raw materials, we have introduced a quality system HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Point) in order to assure an optimal and strict process to attain 100% satisfying quality standards. All this is guaranteed by an external laboratory.
Our elaboration, totally artisan, together with first quality raw materials, give us an exclusive product, natural and exquisite, with excellent flavour and juiciness.
