It is a traditional recipe from Cantabric Coast. Perfect to spread on slices of toast, light and fresh as a starter to a meal. It is also made with fresh fish, and can be a good way to eat more fish in our diet.
Presented in a pot, this recipe doesn’t need to be cooked considering that it’s ready to be eaten directly. It can be heated and present in a base with our cream of lobster and crayfish at the bottom.
Taste it with mayonnaise, pink sauce … In toast, appetizers and in its turn, may be used as stuffing for peppers, tarts, vol-au-vent, pancakes, etc.
– Content: 400 gr. or 1 kg.
– Preserve: Fresh and frozen.
– Package: Pot, ready to consume.
